Kevin Jones is a lifelong Lubbock local with a serious passion for smoked meats, comfort food, and feeding his community right. He first made waves in the city with the Chili Dog Cafe, a no-frills, full-flavor diner that became a go-to spot for made-to-order Texas-style eats.

Now, Kevin’s back on the street — literally — with Wurst Burger and Chili Co., a food truck born from the same roots: bold flavor, simple ingredients, and a commitment to doing it right every single time. With years of experience behind the grill and a reputation for quality, Kevin is bringing Lubbock (and soon, San Antonio) a mobile version of the comfort food locals fell in love with.
