Wurst Burger and Chili Co. was born from a simple mission: smoke it, stack it, and serve it with pride. Built by Kevin Jones, a Lubbock local and longtime comfort food purist, this truck is the next evolution of the now-legendary Chili Dog Cafe — a place locals knew for real-deal Texas-style eats made from scratch and never rushed.

When the doors closed on the brick-and-mortar, the fire didn’t go out. It just got wheels.

Now, Wurst Burger and Chili Co. brings the same crave-worthy flavor to the streets with a menu that hits where it counts: smoked burgers, loaded chili dogs, spicy chicken, and enough southern swagger to sauce it all up.

We roll through Lubbock (and soon San Antonio), popping up at breweries, festivals, and private events, serving up big bites and good vibes wherever we park.
